Information on the processing of personal data

2. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
The figure of Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been identified as no processing of data that falls within the categories defined by art. 37 Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness, for the following:

  • purposes connected and instrumental to its activity in fulfillment of legal obligations of a contractual, civil, accounting and administrative, fiscal and tax nature.

4. LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

5. METHODS OF TREATMENT
The personal data in question may be processed using paper, IT and telematic tools, with the use of security measures designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the subject to whom the data refer and to avoid undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel. In any case, the processing of your personal data will take place in accordance with the law according to principles of lawfulness and correctness and in order to protect your privacy and in full compliance with art. 32 of the Regulation.

6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSERVATION OF THE DATA
The provision of data is mandatory for the execution of the purposes. Any partial or total refusal to provide the mandatory data will make it impossible to establish or further any relationship with you.
The data provided will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or may be kept for up to 10 years for civil, tax and accounting purposes. In the event of consent, the data will be processed until the eventual revocation (in compliance with the terms of the law).

7. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The personal data relating to the processing in question may be communicated by the writer, solely for reasons connected to the purposes indicated above, to recipients, who will process the data as Data Processors and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and of the Manager (e.g. IT consultancy, administrative accounting, employment consultant, etc.), as well as to competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies.

8. TRANSFER ABROAD
The personal data processed will not be transferred outside the EU countries (unless necessary for the pursuit of the purposes; where necessary, the data will be transferred in compliance with the current Privacy legislation).

9. COOKIES AND INTERACTION WITH OTHER SITES
While browsing the web, some information is collected (to ensure navigation and use of the company website) which could allow the user to be identified.

10. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not a treatment is in progress and in this case, to obtain access to the data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), cancellation (art. 17 ), the limitation of treatment (art. 18), to receive, in the foreseen cases, in a structured format, to transmit such data to another Data Controller (art. 20), to oppose the treatment at any time (art. 21), to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, which produces legal effects (art.22) and to revoke consent (if expressed).
Withdrawal of consent: when expressed, you can revoke it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
